Step D: Sea Freight and Document Dispatch

The vehicle is loaded onto a Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) ship. We courier the original Bill of Lading, export certificate, and invoice directly to you via DHL.

Custom duties are calculated based on the vehicle's engine displacement, fuel type, and year of manufacture. The revenue authority evaluates the Customs Value of the vehicle, which is typically the Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value.

Uganda allows imports up to 15 years old. Cars must undergo roadworthiness inspection to avoid penalties. RHD only.
